1 cup Cashews
1 cup Almonds
1 cup Pecan
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
1 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Sage
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix nuts and seasonings in a bowl. Add liquids and mix thoroughly until all combined.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and cook for 12-15mins.
Let it cool and serve. Store in an airtight container.
