The most significant change I have noticed overall is less chronic anxiety and more ownership of my days. (I also really enjoyed the breathing exercises and movement that suited situation) I am now aware of the inter connectedness between different elements of my life and i feel more in control of my health and happiness.

My coach provided me with the right tools to lead a healthier and more mindful lifestyle in order to understand the why’s and when’s of my cues and responses. Through this program, I was able to figure out the reason why I binge eat, we were able to find solutions to help me tackle this issue. A very effective method that my coach used was to approach the problem from an emotional side rather than treating it like a diet and a regiment I had to follow. By doing so, we were able to get to the source of the problem because usually with diets, I fall off that discipline easily. With Soraya, I was able to understand why I have these eating habits. My dependency on food has changed drastically since my first session. I no longer feel the need to consume some foods that I felt were necessary to get me through my hectic schedule. I was on survival mode and the biggest reason is that I was not getting enough nutrients in my body. My coach helped me understand the negative effects my habits had on my lifestyle. I have significantly reduced my sugar intake and that has helped with my overall mood and productivity. Thanks to my coach, I feel I have improved my gut health and implemented small habits that have made a huge difference in my life.
My coach was able to help me lose most of my pregnancy weight by introducing new habits and efficiently meal planning at home and I started doing pilates twice a week.
