340g Silken Tofu (1 pack)

100g 70% Dark Chocolate

sparkle

2 tbsp Agave Syrup

Toppings: fleur de sel, zaatar & EVOO

Tofu Chocolate Mousse

INSTRUCTIONS

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour.

Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler.

sparkle

Blend tofu, melted chocolate and agave syrup until smooth.

sparkle

Top with whatever you desire. I strongly suggest fleur de sel, zaatar and olive oil.
