1 cup mashed Sweet Potato (around 2 medium)
1/3 cup Cacao Powder
3/4 cup Maple Syrup (or less if desired)
1/4 cup melted Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/8 tsp Himalayan Salt
Wash sweet potatoes with skin on. Poke holes and bake for 1 hour at 200C.
Let them cool completely, remove the skin and mash.
In a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture and refrigerate overnight. Itβs ready to use!
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
