2 cups fresh or frozen Strawberries
1/2 Lemon Juiced
1/4 cup Water
2 tbsp Chia Seeds
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt
Heat a small pot, add all the ingredients and let it simmer.
With a spoon or a fork, mash the strawberries and let it cook until a jam texture appears.
Let it cool for 10-15 mins.
Store in a jar in the fridge and enjoy!
