1/2 cup Peanut Butter
100g 70% Dark Chocolate Sea Salt
Handful Peanuts, crushed
Pit each date, open it up and place on a baking paper. Pat it down with your fingers.
Repeat the process with all the dates.
Add peanut butter and spread it well with a spatula over the dates.
Melt chocolate and pour it over the bark, spreading it evenly.
Roughly chop the peanuts and sprinkle them on top.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Chop it up into squares and enjoy! Store the rest in an airtight container in the fridge.
