Sesame Seeds
2 Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sumac
Black Pepper
Salt
Serve with: Tomato, Cucumber and Microgreens
Heat a pan, add olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds to cover the surface.
Toss around lightly, then flatten the seeds evenly. Fill empty spaces with sesame.
Crack eggs over the sesame seeds and let it cook on medium to high heat.
Season with salt, pepper and sumac.
Once cooked, fold the sesame eggs in half.
Transfer to a plate and pair with your choice of greens and veggies!
