3 Eggs

1 cup Plant Milk (i used Almond)

1/2 tbsp Cinnamon

Rice Paper

Dark Chocolate

Rice Paper au Chocolat

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 180C.

In a large dish, mix the eggs, almond milk and cinnamon.

Dip one rice paper at a time, place three sheets above each other and place two tablets of dark chocolate in the center.

Fold the edges to shape a pain au chocolate and bake for 27 mins.

Let it cool and enjoy.
