1 cup Red Lentils
1/3 cup Oat Flour (blend oats until fine)
Handful of Parsley, chopped
1/2 Red Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Tomato Purรฉe
3-4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Chili Flakes
Preheat the oven at 180C. Rinse and cook red lentils for 15 mins until water is absorbed - let it cool.
Transfer all ingredients to a large bowl and mix well.
Line a baking sheet, shape patties and add to the baking tray. Bake for 20 mins.
Let cool and serve with veggies or yogurt or salad or anything you would like.
