1 cup Quinoa
1 cup Water
Salt
Black Pepper
Soak Quinoa for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Drain and add to a blender with 1 cup of Water.
Add salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
Heat a pan and lightly brush olive oil. Pour some mixture, turning the pan to form the wrap.
Flip it once it starts bubbling and do the same with the rest of the batter.
Options for filling: smashed avocado, grated carrots, red cabbage, fresh coriander, lemon and olive oil
