½ cup Pumpkin Purée
2 large Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup Maple Syrup
½ cup Almond Butter
½ cup Almond Flour
½ tsp ground Cinnamon
¼ tsp ground Nutmeg
¼ tsp ground Ginger
⅛ tsp ground Cloves
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Baking Powder
⅓ cup Dark Chocolate Chips
⅓ cup Pecans
Preheat the oven at 180C. Line the baking sheet in a square oven dish.
Crack eggs and Mix wet ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients except baking powder.
Combine both until well incorporated. Fold in most of the chocolate chips and pecans, keeping some for topping. Mix in the baking powder.
Transfer to an oven dish, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips and pecans.
Bake for 30-35 mins until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
Store in an airtight container.
