1/2 cup Quinoa
100g 70% Dark Chocolate
2 tsp Coconut Oil
Place a pan over medium heat. Pour the quinoa and stir frequently until they start popping.
After a couple of minutes, add the dark chocolate and coconut oil, stir to combine well.
Transfer mixture into silicone moulds or simply on a baking paper.
Refrigerate for an hour or two until it is set.
Enjoy & store the rest in an airtight container in the fridge.
