4 organic Salmon Filets
1 cup crushed Pistachios
1/4 cup Honey
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Salt
Black Pepper
Preheat the oven at 180C.
Pat salmon dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix honey, mustard, garlic, lemon juice.
Crush pistachios either in a pestle and mortar or with a knife.
Add the crushed pistachios and mix well.
Evenly spread mixture over salmon, pat it down.
Bake for 15-18 mins (depending on the size of the salmon).
Let it cool for 10 mins.
Serve with rice and sautรฉed green beans.
