1 Red Onion
100 mL Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Salt
Slice the red onions into thin wedges.
Place them in a jar. Add apple cider vinegar and salt.
Shake well then press it down to submerge the onions under the liquid.
Let it sit for at least an hour. Then enjoy it right away or place it in the fridge for two weeks.
