1/4 cup Tahini
2 tbsp Mustard
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Water
Sea or Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
Add all ingredients to a jar and mix well until combined! Add to your favourite salads.
Store in fridge for up to a week. If it's too solid, add a splash of water and mix the jar.
