1/2 Avocado, mashed
8 slices Smoked Salmon
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
handful Coriander
sprinkle Sesame Seeds
1/4 Lemon, juice
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Place individual lettuce on a plate.
Add a thin layer of greek yogurt.
Place salmon pieces over it. Then avocados, coriander and sesame seeds.
Juice a bit of lemon and olive oil and black pepper.
