๐Ÿณ 30 mins

1 cup Red Lentils

sparkle

1 cup Water

sparkle

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Spices (make your own blend): 1 tbsp Rosemary, 1 tbsp Oregano 1/2 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Lentil Chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak Red Lentils in water for at least 3 hours. Strain the lentils then add to a blender along with the water, olive oil and spice mix. Blend until smooth.

Spread a thin layer over a baking sheet, evening out the surface with a spoon. Bake for 30 mins.

Remove from oven and shape your chips.

Place the cut chips on an oven rack and bake for 30 mins until golden and crispy!
