1/2 cup Tahini
1 inch cube Ginger, grated
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
1 Lemon, juiced
1/4 tsp Salt
Water to thin
Pour all the dressing ingredients in a jar and mix very well, add water if the texture is too thick.
Serve with salad of choice. Option can be: bed of greens, cabbage, carrot, cucumber and quinoa.
