2 Eggs
1 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Flaky Sea Salt
1/3 cup 70% Dark Chocolate
Preheat the oven at 180C.
In a bowl, crack eggs and add vanilla extract, whisk well.
Pour in tahini and maple syrup and whisk.
Add in cocoa powder, baking soda and salt.
Melt dark chocolate and add to mixture.
Fold in until everything is well incorporated.
Line a baking paper in a cake pan, pour the mixture and flatten evenly.
Sprinkle extra flaky sea salt on top and bake for 25 mins until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool and enjoy!
