75g 70% Dark Chocolate
35g Almond Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla (extract or powder)
1 Egg (can sub with Flax Egg to make it vegan)
15g Spelt Flour
60g Apple Purée, unsweetened
Sprinkle Sea Salt
Preheat oven 200C.
In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and almond butter in a medium bowl.
Add Vanilla and mix well and remove from the fire.
Whisk egg in a small bowl. Add to a medium bowl and mix very well.
Sift in flour and sprinkle sea salt. combine everything.
Add apple purée to liquify the mixture and mix very well.
Pour into muffin tins or ramekins and bake at 200C for 6mins.
Let it cool for 5 mins then enjoy.
