1 knob fresh Ginger
1 Cinnamon Stick
4 Cloves
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
Grate ginger.
Break the cinnamon stick.
Add all the ingredients to a pot and fill with water.
Let it boil for 30 mins, adding more water if needed.
You can enjoy it hot or cold - do not exceed 4 cups per day.
If it is too spicy, add more water.
