1 cup Cucumber
1/4 cup Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)
1 Garlic
5 tbsp Tahini
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Water
Salad Option: Quinoa, Carrot, Red Cabbage, Spinach, Avocado, Chia Seed
Blend garlic and lemon first. Then add the rest of the ingredients except the water.
If you feel the consistency needs to be thinned more, add the water.
Pair with your favourite vegetables and store in the fridge.
