300g Brussel Sprouts
4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 200C.
Cut the stem off, then chop your brussel sprout in three. Repeat this process for each one.
Add to a bowl and drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Transfer to a baking paper, and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 mins until crispy.
Serve as a side and enjoy!
