1 cup Pineapple chunks
1 cup Cucumber (around 4 small)
1 cup fresh Coriander
1 cup Spinach
1 thumb size fresh Ginger
1 cup Water
Blend all ingredients in a high power blender and blend until smooth.
Add ice in your drinking glass and enjoy it cold!
