2 Eggs (vegan sub flax egg)
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Maple Syrup (or liquid sweetener of choice)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Oat Flour
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch Salt
Dark Chocolate Chips
Sesame Seeds
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Whisk eggs in a bowl, then add in tahini, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Sift in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder. Sprinkle salt.
Mix until all is well combined. Pour mixture in mini muffin tins or regular sized tins.
Add chocolate chips in each and use a toothpick to place them in the middle. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Bake at 180 C for 10 mins for mini muffins and for 15 mins for regular size.
