2 cups Dates
3 cups Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
200g Dark Chocolate
Toppings: Sea Salt, Pumpkin Seeds
Line a baking paper to a medium sized pan. Press the mixture tightly and evenly.
Pour the melted dark chocolate, sprinkle sea salt and extra seeds and freeze until the chocolate is solid (at least 1 hour).
Slice it into squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Pit the dates and soak in hot water for 5-10 mins.
To a food processor, blend the dates with pumpkin seed and cacao powder. You might have to blend it in batches to make it easier on your blender.
