2 Eggs (can sub with flax eggs)
1/2 cup Maple Syrup (or any liquid sweetener)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Unsweetened Cacao Powder
3 tbsp Spelt Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch of Himalayan Salt
50g Dark Chocolate, melted
Preheat the oven at 180C.
Whisk eggs really well. Then add maple syrup and peanut butter. Mix until all combined.
Add cacao powder, spelt flour, baking powder and salt. mix well.
Fold in the melted, cooled dark chocolate.
Lay down baking paper, brush some coconut oil. Pour the mixture in tin, bake for 10 mins.
Decorate with strawberries if desired and serve!
