2 Carrots
2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp Salt
Sesame Seeds
Grate carrots then place in a bowl.
Add all the rest of the ingredients, mix well to combine and enjoy as a starter or snack.
