1 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Tahini
1/3 cup Agave Syrup
1 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder (or just 1tsp if you donβt want the cardamom to overpower)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line baking paper on a pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients.
Combine both until a wet paste is formed. Scoop with a spoon, roll the dough and place on a baking sheet.
With a fork (lightly wet) create a criss cross to slightly press the dough down. Repeat the process until the dough is done. It makes around 16 cookies.
Bake for 8 mins. Allow to cool down and enjoy!
