1 can Black Beans
1/4 cup Almond Butter
1/4 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Cacao Powder
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Salt
RASPBERRY COULIS
1 cup Raspberries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Top with: Fresh Mint
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a blender, add all ingredients. Mix until smooth.
Move mixture to a baking tray and bake for 45 mins.
In the meantime make your raspberry coulis by adding raspberry and chia seeds in a saucepan. Cover and let cook on low heat for 5 mins. Mash with a fork to smooth out the texture.
Let the brownies cool. Serve with raspberry coulis and fresh mint.
