1 1/2 cup Strawberries

1 1/2 cup Blueberries

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

4 tbsp Chia Seeds

sparkle

2 tsp Lemon Juice

sparkle

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 cup Oats

sparkle

1 cup Almond Flour

sparkle

1/3 cup Coconut Oil

sparkle

1/2 tsp Salt

sparkle

1/4 tsp Cardamom

Berry Crumble

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven at 180C.

In a pyrex, mix strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla extract and lemon juice.

In a bowl, mix the oats, almond flour, cardamom & salt.

Then add coconut oil and mix well. (You can add 3 tbsp of maple syrup to insure a golden color after cooking but this is not necessary).

Sprinkle the crumble mixture on top of the berries and bake for 45 mins until the top is golden.
