1 cup cooked Beetroot, chopped
1 large handful of Parsley
3 Garlic cloves, minced
ΒΌ Onion, chopped
Β½ Green Pepper, deseeded
1 tsp ground Cumin
ΒΌ cup Chickpea Flour
1 tsp Sea Salt
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 cup Chickpeas, soaked overnight
Preheat the oven at 220C.
Add all ingredients to a food processor until everything is mixed.
Place the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour.
Scoop from the mixture and place on baking paper. Should make around 9-10 patties.
Bake for 10 mins then flip, and bake 10 more mins.
Let it cool completely and enjoy with a bed of greens and tahini sauce (tahini, water, lemon and salt)
