1 ripe Banana
1/4 cup Nut Butter (I used Almond)
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 cup Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
pinch of Salt
3 tbsp dark Chocolate Chips
Mash banana in a bowl then add the wet ingredients, mix well.
Add the dry ingredients (except for chocolate chips) and mix until dough is formed.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Slightly oil your hands with olive or coconut oil. With a spoon, scoop out a bit of the dough and form balls.
Repeat the process until the dough is done.
Refrigerate for at least one hour or you can also freeze them.
If you freeze them, take them out 5 mins before eating them so they slightly thaw. Enjoy!
