1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
Optional topping: Sesame Seeds
Preheat the oven to 180C.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt. Add in greek yogurt and mix well.
Pour dough on a surface with a bit of flour and knead for a couple of minutes.
Transfer back to bowl and cover with a towel, let it rest for 20 mins.
Splash a bit of water on the surface. Pour rested dough and cut into 4 pieces.
Roll dough then flatten it slightly. Cover the top surface with sesame seeds and poke a whole in the middle.
Transfer to baking paper and brush with oil.
Bake for 30 mins. Let it cool then enjoy with your favorite fillings.
