350g ripe Avocados (about 2 avocados)
15g unsweetened Cocoa Powder (ΒΌ cup)
55g 70% Dark Chocolate, melted (ΒΌ cup)
45g Almond Milk (4 tbsp)
90g Honey (ΒΌ cup)
Β½ tsp Vanilla Extract
Pinch of Salt
Toppings: Mint, Strawberries, Pecan, Gros Sel
Blend all ingredients in a food processor.
Transfer to a glass container.
Store in the fridge and let it set for at least 1 hour.
Enjoy with the toppings.
