3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
3/4 or 1/2 cup Maple Syrup (your choice)
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Cacao Powder
1/2 tsp Himalayan Salt
2 tsp Baking Powder
Preheat oven at 180C.
Whisk eggs in a bowl for 5 mins until they become foamy. Add vanilla extract and whisk.
Pour in maple syrup and olive oil. Mix well.
Add in almond flour, cocoa powder and salt. Combine very well.
Lastly, pour in baking powder and mix lightly with a spatula.
Grease a cake pan with olive oil or butter and dust some oat flour. Transfer mixture to pan.
Bake for 35 mins until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool for an hour, frost it (if desired) and enjoy!
