1 cup ripe Bananas (around 3)
1/2 cup Sunchefβs Almond Butter
1/3 cup Liquid Sweetener (Honey or Maple Syrup or..)
2 eggs (or 2 flax eggs to make it vegan)
1 1/4 cup Almond Flour
1/2 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
Dark Chocolate, for filling + topping
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line muffin papers.
Add wet ingredients to a bowl and whisk well. In another bowl, add dry ingredients and mix.
Combine both, scoop out mixture and even out in muffin liners. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the center of each and top with chocolate chips.
Bake for 15 mins until a toothpick comes out of the muffin clean. If baking mini muffins, bake for 10 mins.
